Only one elevator was working during my stay.

Our stay was decent. the family room was spacious for everyone, and the breakfast options were quite impressive, especially the delightful pastries. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness, as the floor had multiple blue stains and the air conditioning wasn’t consistent. I’m not sure if I would return.

Breaking it down, plain and simple

The spaciousness of the King Room with Sofa Bed made our 3-night stay enjoyable. It had a comfortable layout with a small kitchen area, and the bed was cozy. The breakfast impressed with a great variety, though some cleanliness issues were noted. The staff was mostly friendly, adding to the welcoming feel of the hotel.

We stayed here for a night, hoping for a chill time but the bed was super uncomfortable. Our kid woke up after breakfast ended, which was a bummer. The bar and lounge area looked nice, but we missed it because it closed early. Wish the TV worked better too! A few small fixes needed overall.

This hotel was a suitable option for a weekend adventure in Auburn Hills with extraordinarily good value for money. Tasha in the kitchen was super kind to my kids, making our stay memorable. Make sure to ask for extra supplies if needed. the staff is very accommodating.

We had a wonderful time using this hotel as our base for exploring Auburn Hills. The spacious room had a great layout, and the kids enjoyed the living area. Plus, the staff were super helpful, just like Ryan, who drove us to a nearby restaurant.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool could be warmer for the kids to enjoy. It would be great if they could adjust the temperature for families.

Noisy environment at times, especially with kids around. Happy hour offers a nice touch too. Not ideal for business travelers due to distractions.

staying here this valentine's day exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit. the room was spacious and clean, making us feel right at home. i loved the friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
